Income Tax Return for 2011and Health Supplement for 2011r.

If you are interested to settle your tax affairs through us, please download the forms to be filled from the website and send it duly completed, together with attachments to our address. New forms to fill out the return of income tax allowance and health supplement for the year 2011 are below.
Just as before, also in 2012 you can settle through us the following matters:

Electronic signature form is required only when accounting for the state through us first time.

The money will be transferred to Van Bergen Personeelsdiensten, who will pay them on your behalf. FAS Packing Sp. z.o.o. Company receive confirmation of the transfer made.
